The last week of October into November has come and Halloween has come! With the Haunted House come up, strangely clean, too clean, INTERPOL has decided to leave it open for now while it is under surveilance. However, there has been more movement on the Ultra Guardians side as more information has continued to flow. It seems that there has been a push to discover Plates, that have been discovered in different Regions.

Now with November starting into December, the weather of Alola's daytime, average high temperatures typically range in the mid to low 80s. Evening temperatures usually dip into the upper 60s to lower 70s. Per weather records, November rainfall levels in Alola are higher than average. The ocean temperatures around Hawaii are pleasant enough for swimming which is still very pleasant. However, there's also winter-time adventures as Mount Lanakila also is opening it's Ski and Hot Springs Resort. That greedy Viren has opened up one on the mountain, and while he doesn't like you, he's inviting you all for a trip on the first of November. Which is good, because it eliminates the need for housing for your School Field Trip from the first to the seventh.

A. Arrival

Another wave of Ultra Holes have opened up over the Island, alarms have appeared and the Ultra Guardians as well as Bewear has come into play. This time, the Fallers have been asked to intercept the literally Falling people who are coming out of the holes and brief them and bring them to the Pokemon Center, ie Immigration to get checked in. Wicke is there to answer questions but a few volunteers may be there as well. The experienced Fallers can get you up to speed.

B. The Alola Community Visitors Plaza

A venue usually for tourists, new Fallers are given a chance to see the main tourist area for Alola, in order to orient and familiarize themselves with the nature of Alola and Pokemon in general. A far cry from the disorganized mob that was originally there, this time, there are people set up in the stands, ready to receive tourists and Fallers alike. Pamphlets, interviews with locals and tour guides, Ride Pokemon to take you around the island, and various other places are available. Please look around, the choice is yours. For the end of the month, it is now decorated for Halloween.

C. The Hau’oli City Markets

This is where the marketplace stands, full of fresh fruit and food. Those who are hungry can be treated to a delicious taste of Alola. Not once, not twice, but more times than they can imagine. Your coin is good here, even if it’s alien in nature. Even if you don’t have coin, you’ll be fine. Ohana. No one is left behind or forgotten. We’re not about to let people go hungry in this world. Nature’s bounty is for everyone, humans and Pokemon alike. There’s no need to steal, just ask the marketplace for some food if you are very hungry. Even if you’re shy, Miss Anela will offer you a snack. This time however, it is now serving Halloween themed treats and pumpkin treats as well.

D. Job Board

Odd Jobs have been posted here right now, thanks to the efforts of the people who have decided to help the Fallers out, and it’s also a help wanted board for those who want to earn some coin in the middle of the week before the beginning of the school year. Tasks such as bucking crates of Juice off a truck, to doing some simple paperwork in an office for a few days, and even tending Pokemon in a farm on Akala Island. The choice is yours. Get out and explore. There's also now halloween themed decorating jobs and pumpkin harvesting related things.

E. Exploring Melemele

If you wish to explore Melemele, it is a big island, and there is plenty to see. There are Forests, Honey Fields, Hot Springs, Beaches, and many other places. Melemele boasts one of the biggest cities Hau’oli City, and is the capital of Alola. Here, up at the top of a large plateau is the challenge area where Hala offers the Grand Trial. The caves are full of Pokemon, and your Pokemon are eager to prove themselves in a Trial. You can also check out Ula'ula's Ghost Town if you want, the ferry is open this time, and Acerola will show you around her library.

F. Grand Trials

The Four Kahuna are accepting challengers once more. Those who wish to participate in the sacred trials are allowed to participate in the Grand Trials once more, to earn the right of the Z. With the goals in mind, you may undertake a Trial to earn a Z-Crystal first, and then take on a Grand Trial for a Z-Ring and a Z-Crystal. The choice is yours which to tackle first.

G. Pokemon School Trip

The School Trip to Mount Lanakila might come as a surprise, but there is a big, snowy mountain on Alola! Bundle up for winter time activities and hot spring shenanigans because there's plenty of both! Relax in the hot springs as snow falls gently around your body, play in the snow in the day, view amazing Snow Pokemon, explore the incredible Ice Caverns, and perhaps participate in the PokeJump Competitions which is a long-jump sledding competition with your Pokemon.

H. Melemele General Hospital

Even Angela is working extra hard to make sure everyone's prepared for the winter, and that makes time for checkups, and other such things. If you've got the sniffles, this one is for you. But also, come chat with Angela, and meet some of the more colorful visitors from Overwatch Earth.

I. Aether Labs

Come review the brand new information that makes the Ultra Guardians go on the offensive. Which means, Aether Labs is open to the science community! The scientific community heads can now access the labs, and the resources within. Under the guidance of Wicke, Faba and, Burnet, you're allowed access to Aether's resources to build and invent and upgrade and repair your own equipment.

J. Unovan Togetherness Day

Every November, the people of Unova celebrate a day where they come together together after a long harvest year, and feast with family and friends. Fallers might recognize this as Thanksgiving, but the connotation of thanking the Pokemon is strong in this world, as they came first in this world, and the people of Alola celebrate their families and their friends and their precious partners.

K. Ryme City Anniversary

In the middle of the month of November, there is the Ryme City Anniversary. A week leading up to a parade with floats and celebrations. The Fallers are invited to Ryme City and will be preparing for their first international trip. Pack your bags, we're going on an Educational Field Trip!

"You don't look like a native, why do you get to be the judge of that?" Especially not in that spiky black-and-green getup he seemed to be sporting. Renee frowned at him. Frankly, if it'd been red instead of green, she felt like he'd be one of the higher level Team Rocket grunts.

"Or is this some shitty 'might makes right' scenario where you're judge, jury, and Pokemon thief all wrapped up into one?" Renee liked that even less, and it was pretty clear from her expression, as well.

"Someone has to. Otherwise you get people who mistreat their partners and no one jolly stops them." He appeared pretty intent on pouting, and honestly could she really blame him? "Someone's gotta look out for the little guys, especially since who knows who's come here from where?"

That made Renee pause and tilt her head, narrowing her eyes. That...he had a point, there, and one she even agreed with.

"Okay, but I'm not even a trainer yet, and he and I have to come to some sort of agreement. Why d'you even think I'd treat him bad? You don't know me!" That did kind of piss her off, but she tried to remember that this dude did not know her, did not know what she'd been through, and he couldn't know that she'd been where he was trying to prevent this Pokemon from going to. And no one had 'jolly stopped' her father, either.

"I'll give you credit for your heart being in the right place at least." She looked over at the Phanpy, then. "But I think you and Stompy both have a bit of 'thinking before you act' to work on. For crying out loud." Renee handed Zeke the unopened bottle of juice and went to sit back on the step, patting her lap for the Phanpy to come over. She reached into her lunch again and brought out a handful of Oran berries, giving one to the Phanpy and offering one to Eris as well. After all, it was only polite.

"You keep saying you're not a trainer, but he'd made HIS intent clear. If you didn't really want to look out for him, you'd have just turned up your nose and let me take him." Of course, the alternative was that she would've teamed up with Stompy to put an end to his challenge, but no, they had to find a third, groin-pounding way. But his reasoning had been extremely solid! "The best way to know someone is to see what they do, anyway. You might talk all nice and then take him home to the elephant mines! Actions are what matter!"

This dude was not serious. Exasperated, Renee glared at him. "He was acting like he didn't wanna go with you, so the hell I would, trainer or not. We were making acquaintance when you fucking jumped us, or did you forget that part??"

Not a brain trust, clearly. She wondered what horrible wrongdoings she'd perpetrated in a past life to deal with this.

"Listen, I don't think a freakin' Trial Captain would let me get away with mistreating a Pokemon if Stompy went home with me, so I don't know what you're smoking, but there aren't gonna be any elephant mines in his future regardless of what you think!" She folded her arms over her chest and scowled.

"I think better safe than jolly sorry!" He folded his arms right back at her! So there! "What if you'd sent the poor chum packing? You looked like you were tempted."

"Then you probably would've picked him up--assuming he didn't play you like he did not long ago--and I figure I'd've been none the wiser, eh?"

Renee grimaced. "I'm undecided. I'm undecided in a hell of a lot of things, okay? Seriously, who fucking appointed you Guardian of All Pokemon?" This was doing more than getting on her nerves. It was literally pissing her off, now.

"All I wanted was to sit down and take a break from the job you interrupted--not that he didn't, but all he seemed to want was some affection--and here you come in acting like you got rejected from Team Rocket, so you set out to steal Pokemon on your own like some hopped-up Robin Hood! Haven't you done enough?"

"Who was stealing?! Look, I'm jolly sorry for testing you like that, but these little guys need to be looked after. Especially when they're friendly and... well, not kind." Zeke refused to call the Phanphy kind after its stunt! "So yes, I'm going to look out for them. You don't have to be appointed to do the right thing to do it!"

Renee lifted a hand to her chin and affected a thinking pose. "Hmm...okay, let's see. Maybe kidnapping's a better word? He didn't want to go with you." She waved a hand at Stompy.

"That part I'm not arguing with you about!" Of course, a lot of the other stuff, well. Renee was, yeah. "They need to be looked after...if they're not in the wild where I hope they can look after themselves." She wasn't really sure why this Phanpy was in a city to start with, if she was going to be honest with herself.

"Self-appointed is still appointed, you moron!" Renee snapped. Gods save her from fools and children! Or both, because she suspected this one was both, mentally. "I guess he wants me to take care of him. And I'm willing to do that, but I don't really know the first thing about training or battling, so I'm not gonna jump in, no matter what you want! Because I don't want him getting hurt, okay? You're just gonna have to accept my promise I'll take good care of Stompy for now and come back later for a battle! I already enrolled in Pokemon school to get the basics!" Renee was just working to cover some bills. Mostly hers, because she didn't want to eat Kiawe out of house and home. And now she had a Phanpy to take care of, she guessed...

"That's the sort of thing you can learn by instinct," Zeke said, folding one arm over his chest and curling fingers around his chin. "I'd wager good money that as soon as the clash was joined, you'd be giving him orders like a natural. After all, your desire was to protect him, right? That's more important than technical skill any day."

"Yeah and you're just not gonna give up until I give in. God." Renee really, really hated shit like this, but she really did not have any choice, not that she could see.

Though part of her really just wanted to cold-cock Zeke in his stupid, smug face, pick up Stompy, and head out--but either someone would see and she'd be in trouble, or his Lucario would stop her, and so she really was out of luck.

"Fine. But if anything gets ruined, it's your fault, cuz I did not ask for this!"

"Well it's no jolly good now," Zeke sulked. "You're not going to forge a bond in battle with it all laid out like this." The spontaneous nature of everything was key! "Besides, you seem like a decent enough sort anyway."
