Thank you for making the pre-release of the game such a rousing success everyone. I am so grateful for the time, effort and patience everyone has. This is my first game in 2 years that I've fully made time and effort for outside of museboxes and the first time since Corinth that I actually stepped up and decided to mod.
Fallers was born from a love of the Pokemon anime, specifically the Alola Arc. With the Alola Arc coming to a close, I felt that its love and care needed to be shared with the world, and what better way than to make a game set in this anime setting. But instead of scrubbing out all of the rich characters that populate this world, instead, I'm bringing in the setting TO YOu.
Fallers is a strange sort of DM-ing situation where, with any luck, I as a mod can keep this as a smaller game until it grows large enough to sustain itself through the players who will grow comfortable enough to take on the reigns of the natives as well. Until then, I will be DMing the Natives as if they are your own interactive cast, like a live D&D game. It will be a wild adventure and I cannot wait to see what the year brings us and hope we can make it through the next few years.
I already appreciate the people who have become my sounding boards and help in the background for this game, I'd like to thank all those who reached out for me, and as always, I am contactable by PM and on the discord and the mod plurk.
