Grand Trials!
Clearing Grand Trials can be as simple or as challenging as one might expect it to be. One can request a Grand Trial challenge to be as difficult as one would expect it to be, a dance of uttermost beauty and prowess that would become an amazing source of wonderful excellence.
There are Four Grand Trials that are "Official" in the eyes of the people - Hala, Olivia, Namu and Hapu. However, there are several more Unofficial Grand Trials that are also part of the ceremony that can be undertaken provided the trainer has sufficient reason to encounter these wild Pokemon and earn their respect.
The four Tapus, Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, Tapu Bulu and Tapu Fini all officially recognize trainers with spirits that become Grand Trials, and in their own way, can grant someone leave to become a wielder of the Z with a Z-Crystal and a Z-Ring. Though this is a rare decision.
More commonly known on Melemele is the Master, Oranguru, who runs a cafe. Pass the Trials he sets before him and become a better person over time, and he will reward you with a Z-Ring and Z-Crystal.
The Sandslash of Ula'Ula Mountain deep in the Ice Caves will also reward you with a Z-Ring and Z-Crystal. He and his tribe dwell deep in the mountains, so one must journey into the depths of the mountain for good reason to encounter them.
From the top of Wela Volcano, the Alola Golem and his Tribe sits as Master of the Totem Pokemon of the region. Passed leadership by Metagross in a 1v1 battle, Alola Golem will give the wielder a Z-Ring and Crystal as well.
And on Poni Island, deep within its foggy banks there resides a mysterious man, who might actually live near a tree who might give you one.
Working towards your goal is one way to earn a Z-Crystal and Z-Ring. Also, alternatively you may apply for the Z-Ring and Crystal in a battle with the four Kahuna. You only need to pass one battle with the Kahuna, with a detailed battle. Think of your battle as if describing how it would happen in the anime, instead of a level-based battle or one dependent on type.

Spend a day asking himself and others for the answer of that question, and come to him with that answer. If Hala is satisfied with the answer, then he will face off with him in a 2v2 battle. No time limit, no Potions in the Anime Style. The Answer might surprise Sena.

That said, despite her being somewhat preoccupied with her upcoming trip for the Aether Corporation, I think she'll take a lunch or two to start at Master Oranguru's cafe to discuss these mysterious trials, and what being "a better person" actually means...

Doing so, will earn her a Z-Ring and Z-Crystal as part of the Oranguru Trials.

Oranguru is probably the holder he's the most likely to have encountered already, but he has a tendency to explore with his holo-dragon that might have landed him in a different spot if he should start somewhere else.

On the third day, return to her with your findings, anything you find while riding the Pokemon and give her your thoughts. Doing so will earn you a Z-Ring for your task and a second Z-Crystal as part of the Grand Trials of Akala.
