Zahra snorts at Jonouchi's reaction, taking a swig of their soda. That simplifies things, then. Somewhat. "Good. So I take it I don't have to convince you that magic is real, ghosts live inside puzzles, and that Duel Monsters are intelligent."
Since much of the exposition apparently isn't needed, Zahra dismisses the eye. It was more of a party trick than anything else at this point; they haven't had need to inflict penalties or use magic at all in months. But a bit of shadow power can go a long way if you need to freak somebody out.
"Before I waste hours yammering on about stuff you've already experienced, I need to know: who completed the Puzzle in your world? And do you know the names Kaiba, Bakura, Pegasus, Marik, Noa, Tenma, Dartz, Siegfried, and," they pause, bracing themself, "...Atem." The Aether Foundation explained that alternate realities are real when Zahra arrived; it wasn't too much of a stretch to imagine that there were different versions of their own world as well.
