His spideysense doesn't tell him where the threat is coming from. Just that there is one which has him even more on edge. He freezes up-maybe a little more so than would be expected as he feels someone grip him around the waist. He'd probably have been okay-he's sure he can handle it, but that purring right by his ear sends a sharp shiver down his spine and derails his thoughts-bringing up memories he'd really rather not deal with. He swallows hard and tries to calm his racing heart.

"H-Hey!" He tries to squirm- He needs those hands off of him right now, immediately. He's not a weak ten year old. He's super powered teenager and getting free should be easy! Why does it feel like he can't move? He lifted a building off of himself, this should be cake walk! But it's like the nerves in his arms aren't hearing the command in his brain.

"Peter, your vitals seem to have spiked. Are you in distress?" Karen asks.

"YES!" Peter yells out in response to Karen, not that Midnight could hear it. "Let me go!"
