Test Drive Meme - September/October
Fall has come! With September in full swing, the Harvest Festival done and over, the rest of the month has begun and moving into October, the rest of the month is settling in. Pumpkins are coming into full ripeness on Poni Island and Akala Island, and there is much to do. The Music Festival is coming still and there's plenty more to see. Pokemon School's first major school event is coming up and there will be more things to do. And as always, more Fallers are appearing in and around the city.
A. Arrival
Another wave of Ultra Holes have opened up over the Island, alarms have appeared and the Ultra Guardians as well as Bewear has come into play. This time, the Fallers have been asked to intercept the literally Falling people who are coming out of the holes and brief them and bring them to the Pokemon Center, ie Immigration to get checked in. Wicke is there to answer questions but a few volunteers may be there as well. The experienced Fallers can get you up to speed.
B. The Alola Community Visitors Plaza
A venue usually for tourists, new Fallers are given a chance to see the main tourist area for Alola, in order to orient and familiarize themselves with the nature of Alola and Pokemon in general. A far cry from the disorganized mob that was originally there, this time, there are people set up in the stands, ready to receive tourists and Fallers alike. Pamphlets, interviews with locals and tour guides, Ride Pokemon to take you around the island, and various other places are available. Please look around, the choice is yours.
C. The Hau’oli City Markets
This is where the marketplace stands, full of fresh fruit and food. Those who are hungry can be treated to a delicious taste of Alola. Not once, not twice, but more times than they can imagine. Your coin is good here, even if it’s alien in nature. Even if you don’t have coin, you’ll be fine. Ohana. No one is left behind or forgotten. We’re not about to let people go hungry in this world. Nature’s bounty is for everyone, humans and Pokemon alike. There’s no need to steal, just ask the marketplace for some food if you are very hungry. Even if you’re shy, Miss Anela will offer you a snack.
D. Job Board
Odd Jobs have been posted here right now, thanks to the efforts of the people who have decided to help the Fallers out, and it’s also a help wanted board for those who want to earn some coin in the middle of the week before the beginning of the school year. Tasks such as bucking crates of Juice off a truck, to doing some simple paperwork in an office for a few days, and even tending Pokemon in a farm on Akala Island. The choice is yours. Get out and explore.
E. Exploring Melemele
If you wish to explore Melemele, it is a big island, and there is plenty to see. There are Forests, Honey Fields, Hot Springs, Beaches, and many other places. Melemele boasts one of the biggest cities Hau’oli City, and is the capital of Alola. Here, up at the top of a large plateau is the challenge area where Hala offers the Grand Trial. The caves are full of Pokemon, and your Pokemon are eager to prove themselves in a Trial.
F. Grand Trials
The Four Kahuna are accepting challengers once more. Those who wish to participate in the sacred trials are allowed to participate in the Grand Trials once more, to earn the right of the Z. With the goals in mind, you may undertake a Trial to earn a Z-Crystal first, and then take on a Grand Trial for a Z-Ring and a Z-Crystal. The choice is yours which to tackle first.
G. The Music Festival
Musicians from all over the world are coming to Ula'ula in order to play music, and you're invited! You can play music, watch the people enjoy the sights, it's a wonderful festival for all. This week-long festival lasts for a good solid while, and there's various musicians from all over the world coming to this place. Please, soak in the musical styling of all of the international musical bands of the world.

Della Duck | DuckTales 2017
"No... no... nononononono!" While many of the recent arrivals have been human, this one's a little more odd. This one's... a Duck. And she's panicking. Badly.
"Open up! Open up, please! Don't do this to me, please!" the duck pleads to thin air. "You stupid portal, open up and send me back hoooooooome!"
"Fetch'd." And there's a slightly concerned Farfetch'd following behind.
"No, no, you're right. I've gotten out of one situation before, I can do it again." the duck said. "Hopefully this won't take ten years and my kids won't be adults..." And she groans as she flops onto the sand.
B) Community Visitors Plaza
Brochures. Brochures everywhere. Della's a little more adjusted than before, but seeing all of these brochures is driving her a little batty. After awhile, she sighs, then dumps all of the brochures on top of the nearest person.
"Here, you read 'em. I'll find out stuff on my own!"
D) Exploring Melemele
Exploring! That means adventure! And adventure runs through the Duck-McDuck veins! And as much as Della is missing her kids, adventuring is calling to her...
...as is the aggravation of everyone trying to capture her as some sort of weird Pokemon.
"HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY IT?! I'M NOT A POKING-WHOS-IT!" Della yelled out as she chased off a few Trainers, the anger of the Duck-McDuck clan running through her veins now. "AAAAAAAARGH!"

Krim chuckled. "They have mistaken Yamper and I for wild Pokemon. However I have let them know that we are partnered as well."

“Huh, that’s pretty neat! I bet Gyro would like you.” She said. “Though, I’m glad I’m not the only one mistaken for a Poking-Whos-It.”

Yamper yipped at Della delightedly.

At the introduction, she blinked. “Oh, right, manners. Name’s Della Duck and this is...”
She began to look around.
“...this should be where that Farfetch’d would show up.”

Yamper yipped, sniffing around. Where could he be...?

And the duck Pokémon would finally descend from the sky and hold out its leek in a protective manner as it came between the two.
“And this is Farfetch’d the Overprotective.”

Trip was already reaching for a pokeball in his pocket, raising a brow at her very human-like pleading gesture; he was, hoping to challenge her, when he finally came close enough to hear her speak!

It was difficult to be articulate in such an unimaginable situation, but... Sena mentioned this to him, worlds without Pokemon, and she spoke too much and acted too much like a human, so...?

Before he could get anymore questions in, his Rotom Dex managed to burst in out of who-knows-where, “Heyyyy, who’s the pretty girl? Bzzzt! All dressed-up, too! She doesn’t look like any Pokemon in my database, though...”
Ugh. Trip grabbed the Rotom Dex, stifling it.
“H-hey!!”
“... I’m human, this nuisance is a Pokemon, and it’s alright, I won’t train you if you don’t want me to.”
He sighed heavily. “... did you fall in from a weird hole in the sky or some kind of portal, something like that?

At the mentioning of portals, Della nodded. "Oh, yeah, that... you don't know how to bring it back, do ya? I mean, this is a nice place and all, buuuuut..."

Rotom made some protesting sounds, but Trip kept it muffled. Chamring!

“Well, ma’am, you’ve definitely gotten yourself into a lot of trouble...”
He sighed.
“You fell through an Ultra Hole like I did. I’m just from a couple of regions over, but it pulled you worlds away. For now, we don’t know why we’re Fallers or how to get back home, but the people of Alola are very kind and will give you a place to stay and food to eat while you figure things out.”
He frowned and then looked down at his feet, not sure how he could best put this, but...
“You can’t go back to your boys, right now. I’m sorry.”

You can see the poor panic in her face. "I mean, this time I got hairless ape people with their Poking-whos-its as company! B-But, I just reunited with my boys! My brother! Uncle Scrooge! And now...!"
And she starts laughing. She's broke right now.

Rotom broke itself free, quickly zippung in between Trip and Della. “Hey, hey, slooow down, there, champ, that’s a mom who just lost her kids! Her whole family!! You’ve got nooo ground to attack her for what she’s saying like that!”
He seemed to recollect himself, although he still looked incensed. He sighed when he realized she was breaking down in laughter. What a wreck...
“Look, you’re not alone. A lot of people lost their homes and loved ones. They’re trying to find out what’s causing the disturbance and how to send you guys back home. There’s a LOT of very smart people researching this, okay? You waited this long, you can hang on a little more.”
