Kaiba has seen this small shop before, but he's always felt an aversion to it. He can't really explain why. Maybe it has something to do with its owner?

But he sees a young girl he doesn't recognize running things today, and takes a chance again. When she goes on break, he's there, feeding berries to his Goomy while he nibbles at the donut.

He stops when he sees her and nods. "Hm. You can't have been here long, and you're already hard at work. Well done."

Kaiba...has not yet found work that suits his interest, but he's hoping to work his way into Aether soon. In the meantime, he'll continue wandering and doing odd jobs here and there.
