[Ending up in another world wasn't new for Kiran. It was now a rather common occurrence for them actually. But those were usually with other people escorting them; now they were having a repeat of the first time they had been summoned to Askr. Just with the added misfortune of having nearly plummeted to their doom. They swore they had lost ten years of their life once the adrenaline had worn off.]
So, this place is called Alola? I see, I see... I've never heard of it.
[They had been chatting with the person who was finalizing their newly-issued passport, which they promptly thanked once it was all done and over with. They walked a few steps away from the desk and looked about, very much looking the part of someone who was woefully lost.]

Oh, these are cute. Sharena what do you--
[They paused after reflexively looking to the side and seeing someone who just happened to be there but was definitely not Sharena.]
O-oh... haha, sorry I thought... I thought you were someone else.
[Pokemon]
[Keeping a heavy cloak and hood on with a tropical sun beating down you wasn't exactly a good combination. As such, Kiran had been looking for a shady spot to enjoy the berry juice they had acquired in an attempt to cool off. They did, eventually, and had settled under the tree by a grassy hill.
They had only taken one sip when suddenly something was forcefully knocking in their hands, causing them to fumble their drink. Some of the juice spilled onto their cloak but it was safe for the most part.]
Augh! What the--?!
[They turned to look at the offending object that was the culprit. Their, laying against their leg was an egg. Carefully, they set aside their juice to pick the egg up and inspect it.]
An egg? What's it doing here?
[They're so caught up wondering about the strange turn of events that they won't immediately notice anyone who approaches them.]
