After years of living in the desert, sand wasn't exactly Primrose's idea of a good place to relax. But the beaches in Alola reminded her much more of Goldshore and the surrounding area than of the Sunlands, and she'd been told that the warmth was good for the pokemon egg that had been left by her bedside one night. Left with little choice other than too assume it had been sent her way by the Tapus-and considering none of them had approached her in the interim, it made sense-she'd taken to taking care of it.
Sitting just at the edge of the tide, the cool water lapped at her feet while she and the egg took in the sunlight. Her gaze fell out across the ocean, towards the other islands she knew must be just over the horizon. As distracted as she might have seemed, the woman's attention was placed squarely on her egg-if anybody was likely to bump in to it, or, worse, attempt to harm or take it by design, Primrose was ready to spring to its defense.

The wonder of Melemele island, of course, was in the variety of environments-only surpassed by the variety of pokemon and people. When the time had come to leave the beach behind, Primrose made her way into the forest nearby. Sticking to the route had been her plan, but it was easy to allow her mind to wander, and her body with it. This, of course, had the unfortunate side effect of leaving her more than a little lost.
"Hello? Can anybody hear me?" With her egg in tow and supplies it's not as though Primrose was in any particular danger per se, but the last thing she wanted was to waste the entire day traveling in circles through the woods in a vain attempt to find her way out. Hopefully somebody would be able to help direct her-or, if nothing else, join her efforts to find their way out of the woods.
